Cardano Founder Charles Hoskinson Calls Ethereum Classic a Scam Project and Criticizes ETC Community's Decision to Exclude Ergo from Proof-of-Work Summit

Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano (ADA), has criticized Ethereum Classic (ETC) as a scam project that serves only to allow insiders to take advantage of recruits with false hopes.

Hoskinson's comments were made in response to ETC Cooperative's decision not to invite Ergo (ERG) to a Proof of Work summit organized by the Litecoin (LTC) Foundation and ETC Cooperative.

The ETC community has a history of animosity towards Ergo, which began when Hoskinson repurposed its previous Twitter account for the rival proof-of-work network.

Hoskinson believes that Ergo is what ETC should have been because it "continues to innovate, has a purpose, good ethical leadership, and funding for the future."
