Martínez has extensive experience in all types of M&A transactions, and in advising national and multinational companies on commercial matters. He specializes in private equity, both in investments (MBOs, MBIs, LBOs, etc.) and in disinvestments, advising Spanish and foreign businesses. He is considered a leading lawyer in his field. He also has ample experience in the renewable energy sector. Recommended by several directories, including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Best Lawyers, Who´s Who Legal and Expert Guides in Private Equity, Investment funds and Corporate & M&A. Mr. Martínez lectures regularly in numerous courses and training seminars, such as those organized by the International Faculty for Executives. He is co-author of the manual Regímen Jurídico y Tributario del Capital Riesgo en España (Legal and Tax Framework for Venture Capital in Spain, Marcial Pons).
