Raymond has worked in the global asset management industry since 1987 in various capacities as a fund administrator, a professional advisor, as an expert witness and as a director. His career has involved working in Dublin, London, Boston and Bermuda and he has focused on assisting clients establish, manage and grow their businesses.

Since 2014 Raymond has been acting as an independent non executive director to investment funds including alternatives and other regulated entities in the financial services, technology and re insurance industries.

In addition Raymond also provides litigation support and expert witness services to clients in the asset management industry and has been deposed on numerous occasions.

Most recently Raymond was CEO and a founding member of Kinetic Partners, the global professional services firm focused on the asset management sector. Raymond has held senior positions with The Bank of Bermuda (now HSBC) and Investors Bank & Trust Company (now State Street) and, was head of the financial services practice at RSM Robson Rhodes from 2000 to 2005. He has also worked as treasurer for a family office.

Raymond is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Institute of Directors with Dip, IoD. Raymond is a founder and council member of the Irish Fund Directors Association (IFDA).
