Alan founded IAG Research, which became the leading provider of engagement metrics in the television industry, and served as co-CEO until the company was acquired by Nielsen.

Alan then served as the CEO of Advertising Solutions for Nielsen, and is currently a venture partner for Greycroft Partners.

Alan is a graduate of the New York University School of Law (J.D.), Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government (M.P.P.), and the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (B.S.F.S.).
