Dr. Alejandro Alcalde Rasch joined APS Advisory GmbH in 2010 in order to help improve portfolio company performance. Prior to joining, he was for five years the Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Supply Chain of Grohe AG, a TPG and CSFB portfolio company. Prior to that, Dr. Alejandro Alcalde Rasch spent twelve years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner in their chemicals and steel practice. He worked on numerous performance improvement and strategy projects in Europe and the United States. As a member of McKinsey’s private equity practice he also worked on a large variety of strategic due diligence and post-acquisition projects.
