Andy has been the Chief Financial Officer for multiple technology companies including six software companies comprised of 4 enterprise licensing models and 2 Software as a Service models. Andy completed a successful IPO as the CFO at SignalSoft Inc. going public on NASDAQ and later executed the sale of SignalSoft to Openwave Systems. Over the years, he has raised capital of over $135+ M in debt and equity. His experience also includes executing the purchase of multiple international companies, has sold companies, and has sold a division of a company. Most recently he was the CFO who concluded the sale of BroadHop Inc. to Cisco Systems enabling an attractive liquidity event for shareholder investors, founders, employees and customers.

A Colorado native who serves on the board of directors for a local not for profit and a local civil engineering firm. Andy has a master’s degree in business administration from the Daniels School of Business at Denver University and Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from the University of Northern Colorado. He is also a Certified Management Accountant by the Institute of Management Accountants.

Outside of work Andy, with his wife and two daughters, enjoys skiing and camping as often as they can.
