Annie is a maker, inventor and entrepreneur focused on social inclusion. After a career working in Early Technology, Computer Graphics, and Software Engineering, she moved to Australia and founded Equal Reality. Equal Reality’s purpose is to create inclusive work cultures, using Virtual Reality social training simulations in conjunction with current Diversity and Inclusion practices. By putting people in the perspective of others, employees can understand a way of seeing the world which they might never have been able to experience before.
