Anthony Hicks has served as an Assistant Controller since 2013. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Hicks was a senior in the Transaction Advisory Services/M&A group at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Hicks performed buy side and sell side due diligence in the oil & gas, manufacturing, and technology industries for both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Prior to joining the Transaction group, Mr. Hicks was in Ernst & Young Audit group primarily focusing the oil and gas, retail, and real estate industries. Mr. Hicks is a licensed CPA and received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Trinity University and his M.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston.
