Ariella Willoughby is the VP of Operations at Tia. She runs the day-to-day clinic operations at Tia and oversees hiring, people operations, and training. She is a forward-thinking operations integrator with experience building and scaling organizations and teams in the hospitality, fitness, education, and lifestyle industries. Ariella thrives in a start-up environment, loves a good operations challenge, and is passionate about developing collaborative and dynamic teams!

Ariella was raised by a doctor and an alternative healer and has always applied an integrative approach towards her own care. Through her experience having children, she became increasingly disillusioned with the maternal healthcare system and felt inspired to join Tia and be part of a movement to support and educate women through a new and distinctly female model of care.
