Armando Soto is a sophisticated private investor and advisor to single family offices and institutional investors.
Mr. Soto spends most of his time reviewing and structuring investments for clients. Mr. Soto has extensive experience in alternative investments, private markets, public equity markets and debt markets.

Prior to working with family offices Mr. Soto worked in private equity buy-outs at Yenni Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm. He also worked at distressed debt and equity swap hedge fund WHC Capital as a vice president and credit analyst. Prior to his experience working with institutions he worked at investment banking at boutique firms. Mr. Soto started his finance career at Merrill Lynch.
