Ben Black is the Co-Founder and CIO of EasyKnock. Formerly the Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, a New York-based financial services firm, as well as the former Managing Director for Ladder Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm, Ben brings an extensive background in real estate investment and management. There, Ben witnessed the narrowing margin for Americans looking for typical financing options. In response, Ben decided to create a solution that disrupts a process that is no longer working for the American people. In partnership with Jarred Kessler, Ben has developed the first institutionalized sale-leaseback platform to help homeowners across the country access the money they need to reach their goals.
