Benjamin Gleitzman is CTO and Co-Founder of Replicant, a Conversational AI platform founded on the belief that machines are ready to have useful, complex conversations that will transform the way they interact with the world.

He is also a technologist, artist, and founder of the hacker collective Ruse Laboratories, creator of the The Algorithm Auction, originator of Pup's Pool Party, and producer at Sublimate NYC.

He was the CTO and Co-Founder of MONA, a non-drug, non-invasive Virtual Reality Therapy platform used by doctors to safely and effectively treat pain, discomfort and anxiety.

Gleitzman was Senior Software Engineer at Hunch, a collective intelligence decision making system based in NYC and acquired by eBay. Gleitzman invented and developed the technologies powering the personalized eBay Feed, the largest redesign of the eBay homepage and functionality since its launch.

Gleitzman graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he worked with Hal Abelson to enhance introductory programming experiences using mobile devices. Gleitzman was a visiting researcher at Google Research in Mountain View, California where he built App Inventor for Android, a graphical programming language for creating Android phone applications that is now at the core of the MIT Center for Mobile Learning.

He was the founder of NextStep Tech, an organization teaching software engineering, creative thinking, and entrepreneurship to junior and high school students.

He was the CTO at Network Awesome, a new kind of online TV experience and the largest curated video site in the world.

In his spare time he enjoys creating electronic music, discussing programming concepts, and playing WikiMaze, his remake of Encarta 95's classic trivia game.
