Bradley Singer, 49, has served as Partner at ValueAct Capital since May 2012.

Prior to joining ValueAct Capital Master Fund, L.P., Singer was the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Discovery Communications, Inc. from July 2008 to March 2012 and served as its Treasurer from February 2009 to September 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Discovery Communications Holding, LLC from July 15, 2008 to March, 2012 and as its Treasurer from February 2009 to September 2011.

Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of American Tower Corporation, a wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure company, from December 2001 to June 2008.

Prior to American Tower, Singer worked as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co for four years in New York and London. He served as Director of Frontier Communications Corporation from June 2005 to May 2008.

He served as Director of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc from December 2003 to March 2008. In addition, he currently serves on the Boards of the Posse Foundation, and the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Singer earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in business administration with distinction from Harvard Business School.
