Brian Doyle has been with Accolade since 2007, the very beginning of our journey in transforming healthcare, one person at a time. He provides leadership and support internally and to our customers – both processes and deliverables, both at launch and as we expand – to create value within our organization, and for our customers and their employees.As Brian gets new clients up and running with Accolade, he thinks a lot about access. Brian makes certain that, as we work toward achieving better quality healthcare at a lower cost, we have in place internally what we need to succeed externally. He ensures that our Health Assistants have access to correct data and information and are supported by the business processes and tools they need to do their jobs well. It’s basically doing for ourselves what we do for others: give people the help and information they need to make the right choices.Brian has 30 years of experience, including leadership positions in IT, HR service and operations delivery, telecommunications, entertainment, and healthcare. Before joining Accolade, he was an Operations Leader at Hewitt Associates. He also served as VP, Customer Sales and Operations, for Exult and, prior to that, as managing director and client executive, Outsourcing Services, for MCI Systemhouse.Brian has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin.He is married with four adult children. Aside from improving healthcare dynamics, Brian is passionate about all things oceanic.
