Cassio has worked with Dr. Goertzel for more than fifteen years on the development and commercialization of artificial general intelligence software. During this time, much of Cassio’s focus has been on the application of AGI to computational finance and prediction systems In the mid-2000s, he led software development teams building AI-based market prediction systems for Clarium Capital in San Francisco and Cerrid Capital in Chicago. Cassio’s Brazilian software consultancy, Igenesis, built proprietary asset management systems, and has served international companies such as Alstom, Google, and Nokia Siemens Networks. He earned a BS in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a MBA from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets.
