Cedric manages overall operations of Luminore 8. He is an entrepreneur and investor with over 12 years of experience in business and financial capital markets specialising in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. He was previously the managing director at Milliken Cove Investment Group Limited, a Hong Kong based private equity fund. As a strategic investor, he has worked on the initial public offerings (IPO), corporate restructuring, acquisitions and divestments of several companies across the Asia Pacific with deal sizes totalling over $1bn USD. He currently sits on the advisory boards of several family offices in the region and co-founded Prism Investment Ventures Limited (PRIV), a technology fund specialising in frontier technologies and their applications. Cedric holds a Bachelors of Business Administration, specializing in Economics from Univeristy of New Brunswick, Canada.
