Chris Boeckerman is a “Change Agent” (a.k.a. Innovation Capability Leader) at Procter & Gamble (P&G) and founder of P&G’s Lean Innovation movement (GrowthWorks). She is a chemical engineer with a degree from the University of Cincinnati and has 27-years of experience at P&G leading global and regional innovation programs.

Chris specializes in developing dynamic teams worldwide to take on challenging innovation breakthroughs. Before this role, Chris spent 23 years in Global Fabric Care working on breakthrough innovation both upstream and downstream on such iconic brands as Tide, Ariel, Downy, Gain, and Bounce.
