Pickett is the strategic brain behind Coyote's growth and has positioned Coyote as a dominant force in the industry. He leads Coyote’s Collaborative Transportation Management (CTM) program, an innovative solution for large and small shippers across North America. Coyote's CTM is focused on reducing freight spend and enhancing control of shippers’ entire supply chains using applied science, probability, and technology.

Pickett is an Andersen Consulting-trained strategist with a degree in industrial engineering from Virginia Tech, a master of business administration from Georgia Tech, and a master of engineering in logistics from MIT.
