Christian Rose joined Stanford University School of Medicine as Assistant Professor in 2021. Christian is an Emergency Room physician in San Francisco and was a chief resident at UCSF after graduating from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in NY. There he won the inaugural Donald Lindberg award for Excellence in Biomedical Informatics as a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow in Biomedical Informatics with projects ranging from big-data GWAS studies to decision-aids for breast cancer patients. He is currently focused on global health tele-medical services and point-of-care information processing and management for physicians.
