David is the Chief Risk Officer for Capitolis Inc. as well as the Chief Compliance Officer for Capitolis Advisors LLC.
Before joining Capitolis in 2017, David was Global Head of the in-business risk function for State Street’s GlobalLink and FCM businesses. Prior to this David held a number of risk management roles at Morgan Stanley over approximately ten years.
He began his career in finance in 1997 at Citigroup where he served in a variety of positions focused on risk management, eventually exiting as global head of the Risk Analytics function.
David has a background in physics and holds a Ph. D. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Alberta.
