David M. Otto is a Seattle-based attorney and Partner and Founder of Martin Davis, PLLC. Mr. Otto’s practice focuses on corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and governance. He began his law practice on Wall Street in New York City in 1987, where he concentrated on significant corporate acquisitions, equity and debt offerings and regulatory compliance. In 1991, Mr. Otto moved to Seattle in order to dedicate his experience in corporate law and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public and private securities offerings and private equity and venture capital financing to entrepreneurs, technology innovators, start-up, emerging growth and middle-market businesses.

In October 2008, and in connection with furthering his interests in the design and development of new business ideas, Mr. Otto formed Otto Capital, LLC. Otto Capital has helped finance various residential real estate properties, an oil and gas services business and various "clean tech" investments.
