Deb Mulholland is an experienced senior executive who brings 30 years of management experience including government, non-profit and private organizations. Since 1993 Deb held a senior manager position with ParaMed Home Health Care, a large home health care service provider with over 4500 employees.

At ParaMed Deb played a key role in the approval and successful implementation of technology based solutions to reduce risk and increase quality in the delivery of care and services. Deb is an effective and thorough operational planner with expert knowledge in the home health care and human resource management field.

Deb has participated in many strategy formulation processes to respond to the complex health system and service delivery challenges faced in home care. She has exceptional analytical, root cause analysis and problem solving skills and has extensive knowledge of and experience in risk management and continuous quality improvement practices, tools, and techniques.

In her role as Vice President of Global Services, Deb focuses on creating partnerships and supporting organizations in the achievement of system integration, leveraging technology to realize improved organizational and client outcomes in addition to leading our Canadian Operations.
