Derrick Dinglasan has over 20 years combined experience in E-commerce, mobile, and digital strategy for consumer products ranging from beauty, health & wellness, fashion, and electronics. He is Founder and President of the venture-backed beauty technology brand, OPTE, the innovative, first-of-its-kind digital precision skincare system that promotes and reveals the natural beauty and radiance of one's skin with its new disruptive solution to hyperpigmentation. Prior to leading Product, Growth and Customer Experience at OPTE, Derrick was the Global VP of Digital at Manduka, a beloved high performance yoga mat and yoga apparel legacy brand, where he led Digital Experience and Transformation for its direct-to-consumer and wholesale businesses across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Previously, Derrick was an early member of the leadership team at The Honest Company, a disruptive CPG lifestyle brand in LA which IPO'd earlier this year, where he served as Head of Product and UX. He later spearheaded the online growth of startup direct to consumer brands like Jaanuu (fashionable medical scrubs) among other men's and women's apparel + footwear brands and is an active member of the E-commerce & tech startup community in Los Angeles. Derrick holds a Masters from Northwestern University and a BSE from the University of Pennsylvania.
