Dimitris Triantafyllidis the Emerging Technologies Manager in the Rolls-Royce Future Technologies Group. My responsibility is to identify and develop emerging technologies with significant potential business value. I am currently focusing on advanced imaging and computer vision, autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, remote operations, electrical technologies and novel materials. My remit covers all Rolls-Royce businesses, including the Civil Aerospace, Defence Aerospace, Nuclear, Marine and Power Systems markets and covers applications across the company’s operations, products and aftersales services portfolio.

I have worked for Rolls-Royce for more than 10 years in various roles across Engineering and Technology, including Manufacturing and Test & Measurement. I am a Chartered Engineer (IMechE) and hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
