Erkin Adylov is the founder and CEO of Behavox, which provides compliance and risk management solutions to better monitor employees and support regulatory compliance at large financial institutions. The technology aggregates disparate sources of data and applies innovative machine learning algorithms in real time to reveal patterns of suspicious behaviour.

Prior to founding Behavox in 2014, Erkin was portfolio manager at GLG Partners. Erkin co-managed GLG Financials Fund with $2bn in assets under management. Prior to joining GLG Partners, Erkin was a research analyst at Goldman Sachs. Over the last three years Erkin has also been involved in three start ups as a co-founder and an investor.
