Niels Mortensen (born 1965, Danish nationality) has been Group Executive Vice President (Operations) since he joined Nets in May 2015. Niels Mortensen has previously been the chief operating officer of Codan Forsikring A/S and the deputy chief executive officer of Alka Forsikring A/S.

Niels Mortensen is also a member of the board of directors of Scalepoint Technologies (Denmark) (branch of Scalepoint Technologies Ltd.).

Niels Mortensen holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
