"Gai Ben-Dror has served as our Vice President – Process Development, and previously as our Director of Process Development since joining Enzymotec. Mr. Ben-Dror, a chemical engineer with 16 years of experience in process development, joined Enzymotec in 2001.
He was responsible for the development and commercialization of all our products and for the building of our technological and analytical teams. Prior to joining us, he was a plant and pilot engineer in the Dead Sea Bromine Group of Israel Chemicals Ltd. from 1996 to 2000, a research team leader in a hardware development company (Sense-IT Ltd.) and a project manager in water treatment engineering company (Chimtec Ltd). He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel."
