Before finding his passion in founding Kickstart, Gavin was an analyst, associate, and principal at vSpring Capital (now Signal Peak). He has fun spending time with his family, multitasking while riding his Onewheel, and playing tennis. Gavin previously worked at Grow.com | No-Code, Full-Stack BI as a Board Member. He attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Brigham Young University.

He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University (with Honors).
