Haruno Yoshida has been the President and CEO of BT Japan for BT Group plc. Haruno Yoshida drives the strategy and execution of all of BT's business operations in the country. Haruno Yoshida has 20 years of global sales experience in the communications industry, during which she repeatedly developed commercial successes with multinational enterprise customers, in Japan and around the world. She started her career with Motorola in Japan and then moved to a telecommunications company in Canada. she has held a variety of roles at NTT in Japan and in the United States. Prior to joining BT, she served as General Manager at Verizon Business, heading its enterprise sales and executing its growth strategy in Japan. Haruno Yoshida is seen as a role model for the advancement of women in business in Japan.
