Heidi Rolston is the Vice President, People at BuildDirect.

Heidi joined BuildDirect in 2012 and contributes her experience in operations, HR, Leadership Development, and Internal Communications.

Most recently the VP of HR and Leadership Development at the Forzani Group, Heidi has held senior roles in organizations recognized for their strong cultures and employment brands, such as Crystal Decisions, and WestJet.

A life-long learner, Heidi has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and Masters of Business from the Schulich School of Business.

Heidi has created value for organizations by engineering a differentiated employee experience, with the result of ensuring a unique customer experience.
