Jim Hagan is the chief operating officer for Forcepoint™.

Prior to assuming COO responsibilities, Hagan was Forcepoint's chief financial officer, responsible for leading global corporate finance, accounting and tax processes, as well as key areas of internal operations, including IT delivery, sales operations and strategic programs. Hagan worked closely with the executive team to help define and align resources and execute on the company’s strategic vision. He previously held the role of vice president of finance at Websense for more than five years.

With more than 15 years of finance experience, Hagan has a diverse background in publicly traded multinational software and financial services firms. Prior to joining Websense, Hagan served as director of finance for the Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO). Before FICO, he worked for the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers in both the global financial sponsors and industrial groups.

Hagan received his bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of California, San Diego. He completed his master’s in business administration at the University of California, Los Angeles at The Anderson School of Management.
