Jason Eisen is a Founder & CEO of UTU. He founded them on a belief in the power of trust and social relationships to ease friction in the modern sharing economy. Before founding UTU, Jason spent nine years leading strategy, program design, and project development with budgets of up to 100M across multiple sectors in 40 countries, including significant work in East Africa since 2010. He has helped secure more than $3B in funding and funding opportunities for his employers and clients. Jason began his career in strategy consulting and government relations, crafting and delivering policy and advocacy campaigns for a range of US and international clients, including foreign governments, international organizations, and major technology and media associations. Jason holds a Bachelor's in International Relations, Spanish/Latin American Studies, and Applied Physics from The American University in Washington, DC.
