Jean-Marc has over 25 years’ experience leading technology and business organizations that have needed to adapt to new developments and changes in the financial markets, a key target market for Celoxica. Jean-Marc was Chief Executive Officer at AEMS from 2004 to 2007 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Instinet, the largest ECN and electronic broker in the US. Prior to these roles, Jean-Marc was Global Head of Equity Technology at Merrill Lynch between 1996 and 2000 and before that IT Development Manager at Banque Paribas. Jean-Marc is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
