Joe has over 20 years of demonstrated success in healthcare executive leadership. Together with other senior management, Joe directs and executes Med-Metrix’s primary corporate initiatives and actively implements our strategic plans.

Prior to becoming Med-Metrix’s CEO, Joe most recently served as the President of Cobblestone Capital Associates, a private equity firm he founded. He has been an investor and board member in several acquisitions and portfolio companies. Previously, Joe was the President and co-founder of MD-X Solutions (acquired by MedAssets), a revenue cycle company named by Deloitte among the 100 fastest growing technology companies in North America. He later served as the President of MedAssets’ revenue cycle services division. Joe’s career also includes positions at Lehman Brothers, Bankers’ Trust, and NPPN, a national Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).

Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Princeton University and an M.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Joe is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) and was named a Finalist by Ernst & Young for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005.
