A seasoned financial veteran with over a decade experience in the realm of corporate finance and accounting, Joshua has been employed in various finance and management positions in global firms such as Goldman Sachs, Maple Tree and Sembcorp. He specialises in deal sourcing, due diligence and execution with a specialty in complex financial modelling. Prior to joining Luminore, he was CEO for the Supratechnic Group, one of the largest marine distributorships in Singapore managing over 200 staff. He eventually led the company to a successful sale to an SGX Mainboard listed company. Joshua holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (First Class Honours) from NUS and a Master in Professional Accounting from the Singapore Management University (SMU). He is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA).
