Juan Jones is Senior Vice President of Customer Support Services for North America. In this role, he has oversight for all aspects of Support Services to ensure customer success including Support Account Management, Support Renewal Sales, and Advanced Customer Support Services Sales. He leads a team of support professionals who manage the relationships with Oracle's largest, most strategic customers. In addition, he leads the Support Renewal Sales team responsible for selling and renewing over $8b in Premier Support and $250m in ACS. Prior to joining Oracle, Jones spent a year in enterprise sales at Microsoft Corporation and 7 years with the IBM Company in a variety of enterprise sales positions. Jones has been an active member of TSIA's Support Services Advisory Board since 2007. Jones has an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
