Mr. Jiang graduated from National School of Development at Peking University, and studied with Professor Yi Gang, the current Governor of the People’s Bank of China. Mr. Jiang had previously worked for top China investment banks such as ICBC International Securities, BOCI Securities and Huatai United Securities. He has over 10 years of experience in finance and technology fields as investment banker and investor. Projects that Mr. Jiang engaged include: IPO of ICBC, the largest IPO in the world at the time of issue, IPO of Huatai Securities, the largest IPO in Hong Kong of the year, perpetual bond underwriting of BOC, the first perpetual bond issuance in China, and the first Commercial Paper issuing of Zhenhua Port Machinery, etc. He also participated in the investment of a number of Chinese fintech unicorns such as The Fourth Paradigm, and a number of tech unicorns such as Cambricon. Currently Mr. Jiang is initiating a fund focused mainly on fintech.
