Ms. Katherine Jen is a Managing Partner at AsiaTech Management LLC, which she founded in 1997. Ms. Jen is a seasoned investment executive with over 20 years of experience. She has substantial experience in general business finance, deal structuring, and venture capital funding.

Ms. Jen was a pioneer in the Taiwan venture business. She played a key role in setting up the first six venture funds in Taiwan. Ms. Jen also helped start the successful semiconductor industry in Taiwan. As a leader in the growth of Taiwan’s technology industry during the 1980s, she led the $3 billion Taiwan Government Development Fund, she was the Director and Deputy Executive Secretary at the Fund for seven years.

With her extensive business experience and strong working relationships with prominent business leaders, Ms. Jen is well positioned to help start-up companies achieve their growth objectives. She had been heavily involved with the TSMC’s strategic decisions and was instrumental in its eventual growth into world’s largest semiconductor foundry. Ms. Jen was responsible for the investment of many leading technology companies, including TSMC and Mosel-Vitelic.
