FITE was noted as a Top 8 Grossing Sports Apps globally in Nov. 2019.Ms. Hurwitz was previously CMO at Karate Combat, responsible for ideating and growing the brand which amassed more than 10 million views of its five events from exotic locales around the world, and achieving media acclaim from the NY Times, Variety, BBC Sport, AP, Reuters, CNN, Sports Illustrated and more.Prior to that Ms. Hurwitz was Chief Content Officer for FOTV Media Networks Inc. a global platform she grew more than 900 channels, programming the FOTV linear channel with global carriage via Digital, OTT, Dish and Sky (UK), and part of an executive team that spoke to the FCC about the emerging vMVPD entrants into the content marketplace.From 2010-2015, Kim was Director of Marketing for DIRECTV overseeing PPV and Advanced Products managing a $500mm annual P&L, returning to the telecommunications giant from 2009-2010. A recipient of numerous marketing awards, Ms. Hurwitz studied Theater Arts at the University of California, Los Angeles, and possesses more than 24 years’ experience building and monetizing leading entertainment platforms and brands.
