Mr. Kim M. Tsai is the Chief Exexcutive Officer and a General Partner at Technology Associates Management Co. Mr. Tsai has over 20 years of industry and investment experience. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd., where he grew the business from $20 million to over $5 billion. Mr. Tsai has served as the Board of Directors of President Securities Corp., Gemtek Technology, Universal Microelectronics, and many other private and public firms. At Gemtek, his role as a lead investor and Board Director and his coaching strategy and product planning was a key contribution to the firm’s turn around. Mr. Tsai is specialized in investment strategy planning, due diligence, and post management. He is an in house Attorney. Mr. Tsai holds a B.S. from Soochow University School of Law and an M.B.A. from University of Illinois at Chicago.
