Kyle Lapham is the vice president of automation at [Counsyl](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/counsyl#/entity), a health technology company that offers DNA screening for men, women, and their children. Previously, he was the director of laboratory automation at the same company.

Before joining Counsyl, Lapham designed and built custom robots to complete the largest human genome study ever attempted. In addition, he enabled and published molecular aging studies.

Lapham obtained his bachelor’s degree in genetics from the University of California, Davis. He lives in San Francisco, California, United States.
