Lauren Casper joined Advent International in 2013 and is focused on marketing activities in North America and Latin America.

Previously, Lauren spent three years in marketing, investor relations and client services at Athena Capital Advisors, a provider of investment management and research services to families and institutional investors, and Stonehorse Capital Management, a fund-of-funds manager focused on emerging hedge funds. Prior to that, she worked for six years in the Private Banking and Investment Group of Merrill Lynch.
