Mr. Leonard Charles Perham, Len has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at MoSys, Inc., since November 8, 2007. Mr. Perham has been a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of executive leadership and semiconductor industry experience. Since retiring from Integrated Device Technology in 2000, Mr. Perham served as Chairman of NetLogic Microsystems Inc. (NASDAQ:NETL), QuickSil Inc. and Optimal Corporation since 2000. He served as Chairman of ASAT Holdings Ltd. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Perham served as Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Device Technology (NASDAQ:IDTI). During his 16-year tenure, Mr. Perham incubated several companies under the IDT umbrella including Galileo Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology), Quantum Effect Devices (acquired by PMC-Sierra), Monolithic System Technology, Clear-Logic and Centaur Technology. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Perham served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Optical Information Systems Inc., a division of Exxon. He was a member of the founding team at Zilog Inc. and held management positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital.
