Lidia Yan is the CEO and Co-Founder of NEXT Trucking, an online trucking marketplace that utilizes intelligent matching capabilities to connect shippers and truckers in order to maximize productivity while remaining trucker-centric.

Lidia’s family has been in the logistics business for 15 years and runs one of the largest TV distribution centers in Southern California. After witnessing first-hand, the inefficiencies of the trucking industry, she decided to establish NEXT Trucking to streamline the process.

Prior to founding NEXT Trucking, Lidia was the Management Officer and Marketing Manager at Newegg, managing a $22 million marketing budget while keeping the cost of overall sales under 1 percent. Before Newegg she founded the leading flash sale site 9luxe in China which handled over 35 major international brands. Lidia has an M.A. in Communication Management from University of Southern California

When she isn’t busy managing her company and mentoring her employees, Lidia enjoys relaxing at home with her husband, parents and her three-year old Border Collie, Toby.
