Lisa’s career spans 20+ years in business development, operational transformation, product innovation and market diversification. She has a demonstrated track record of building and leading well-run organizations, nurturing teams and delivering lasting market and shareholder results.

As one of the early employees in North America during SAP’s aggressive expansion to her most recent role as VP/GM Citrix Systems SaaS Division, Lisa successfully identified emerging market opportunities, invested in leading edge technology solutions, and executed go-to-market strategies culminating in substantial revenue and market share growth. Her combination of operational and venture capital experience gives her a unique perspective on the technology market.

During her tenure as the head of SAP Ventures, and as General Partner at Vista Partners, Lisa combined her strengths in operational leadership with investment to provide capital, executive guidance and business strategies to enable early stage companies to accelerate revenue, expand their geographic reach and build industry-leading business. Additionally, she generated superior shareholder returns and value creation through notable exit strategies.

Lisa earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Kalamazoo College. A long-time resident of Boulder, Colorado, Ms. Reeves is active in her community supporting education and philanthropy.
