Liu Weichun, co-founder and COO of KKday, is in charge of KKday’s global product management and operational strategies. After graduating from New York University, Liu worked as an investment banker. Afterwards, she joined Dell and served as a supply chain manager. During her time at Dell, she had the opportunity to meet a lot of Taiwanese “invisible brand champions” who excelled technology-wise, but lacked brand management savvy. From this experience, she decided to play a leading role in helping Taiwanese brands establish highly visible positions in the global markets. Knowing that high quality products and good customer service are what make brands influential, Liu Weichun is dedicated to improving KKday’s product development, supply chain management, and user experience. Her goal is to facilitate the ease of booking complete travel itineraries which enable travelers to enjoy more local experiences. She hopes that one day, booking a complete, traveler-customized trip will be as easy as buying a movie ticket.
