Career

Louis Hughes graduated from Harvard Business School (MBA, 1973) and from Kettering University (formerly
General Motors Institute), B.S. (Mechanical Engineering, 1971).

He is Chairman of InZero Systems (formerly GBS
Laboratories LLC). He was also CEO of GBS from 2005-2010. Louis Hughes is an Executive Advisor Partner of
Wind Point Partners.

Moreover, Hughes has been a member of the Boards of Directors of ABB (Switzerland,
since 2003) and Akzo Nobel (The Netherlands, since 2007). He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of
Lockheed Martin Corp.

His prior experiences also include positions of Chief of Staff Afghanistan Reconstruction
Group, U.S. Department of State, from 2004 to 2005,

Executive Vice President of General Motors Corporation from
1992 to 2000, President of General Motors International Operations from 1994 to 1999, President of General Motors
Europe from 1992 to 1994 and Managing Director of Adam Opel AG from 1989 to 1992.

He was non-executive
Chairman of Maxager (renamed Outperformance in 2008) from 2000 to 2008.
