Lyle is Co-founder and CEO of Splashscore, a leading influencer activation platform, and is responsible for product operations, delivering value to numerous Fortune 500 consumer brands. A self-proclaimed marketing engineer, Lyle continuously found himself searching for ways to make marketing human again.

After completing a two-year leadership development program and deploying an enterprise social network & identity services platform for a Fortune 100 company, Lyle discovered a way to identify the most influential individuals, who engage their friends the most and make a “splash” on a social network.

In early 2012, Lyle tested his “splash” theory with his two younger brothers, who were competing to see who was better at “trolling.” From there, Lyle set out on a mission to make the social media experience more rewarding for everyone.In his spare time, Lyle also enjoys DJing and music production.
