JAJA Spirits, LLC Co-Founder, Partner, and COO Martin Hoffstein specializes in growing companies. Following his graduation from Baruch College, the New York native took a month-long detour in finance before immersing himself in the burgeoning startup culture.

During 2012, he began an entry level position at Fancy.com and eventually worked his way up to GMM and Vice President of Global Brand Partnerships. In addition to managing buying, distribution, and wholesale for the retail hub, he initiated high-profile deals with the likes of Hermes.

2015 saw him start consulting throughout the industry before assuming the role of Director of Brand Partnerships at e-commerce leader Spring. He hit the ground running and orchestrated over 100 brand partnerships, ranging from Gucci, Adidas, and Saks to The Gap, Nike, and Banana Republic. Within two years, his efforts resulted in 70% growth and revenue increase of 60 million dollars.

In early 2018, he teamed up with childhood friends Maurice Tebele and Elliot Tebele (the mind behind the Fuck Jerry empire) to introduce the world to JAJA Spirits. Beyond his professional pursuits, he remains a dedicated foodie, music fan, and avid travel aficionado.
