Michael Aguiling is Chief Technology Officer of Cerberus Technology Solutions, a subsidiary of Cerberus focused exclusively on leveraging emerging technology, data, and advanced analytics to drive business transformations. In his role, he leads Technology Strategy, Architecture, Cyber Security, and Data Operations, as part of a broad set of responsibilities aimed at creating value for companies through technology modernization and transformation.

Prior to joining Cerberus in 2018, he was Chief Technology Officer of Regulatory DataCorp, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, where he was responsible for building an AI program primarily concentrated on the compliance software space. From 2005 to 2017, he was Chief Technology Officer of JPMorgan Intelligent Solutions, a unit of JPMorgan Chase and Co. created to solve business problems and provide strategic insights through data mining, analytics, and modeling. He also founded and chaired the JPMC Machine Learning Steering Committee from 2016 to 2017.

He has served on various executive and advisory boards for enterprise technology companies, including Hortonworks, Cloudera, RedHat, and Amazon Web Services. He studied Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology.
